Martijn Storms (1978) studied human geography and planning at Utrecht University where he specialized in GIS and cartography. He is curator of maps and atlases at Leiden University Libraries and project coordinator for Koeman’s Atlantes Neerlandici at Brill publishers. He publishes regularly on various topics in the history of cartography. In October 2022 Maps That Made History, of which he was editor and main author, was published.
Lam Ngo (1957) studied at the Frederik Muller Academy (library and documentation) in Amsterdam. He was collection specialist at the Special Collections of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Southeast Asian and Caribbean Studies (KITLV) and works since 2014 at the Special Collections of the Leiden University Libraries.
